My Needs Card

With the My Needs Card benefit of $170/month,* CenterLight Healthcare PACE participants can purchase eligible items to help with basic needs including food, grocery items, toiletries and eligible OTC items!

Medically necessary items such as vitamins, pain relievers, diabetic supplies, and other OTC medications cannot be purchased with the My Needs Card. Talk to your CenterLight Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) about these items, as they may be provided as part of your care.** For a full list of covered items, refer to your My Needs Card catalog.

You can use your card at big box pharmacies nationwide, like CVS, Dollar General, Duane Reade, Family Dollar, Rite Aid, Giant Food, Stop and Shop, Walgreens and Walmart, as well as our growing network of 2,000+ local pharmacies.
