For more than 35 years, CenterLight Health System has been caring for New Yorkers in need from all backgrounds and walks of life. Our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is the largest not-for-profit program of its kind in the nation. 

Our care goes much further than simply addressing a patient's medical condition. We believe in using interdisciplinary teams who take a holistic approach and focus on meeting each individual's emotional, social, psychological and even spiritual needs.

With CenterLight facilities located throughout the New York area, our diverse workforce is deeply embedded in the communities where our patients live. Not only does our staff speak more than 75 languages and dialects, but they also understand and appreciate cultural nuances.
