Our clinicians, therapists and care professionals listen to our participants' needs and work together as one team, under one roof to ensure our participants maintain a healthy fulfilling life in the community. CenterLight Saved My Life
Prior to enrolling at CenterLight PACE, Sheila was home and did not have a lot of activities to occupy her time. CenterLight sparked her a passion for painting and gave her the opportunity to participate in other activities while receiving the care she needs.
Like a Light in a Dark Tunnel
Participant Pamella Rose considers CenterLight a second home. For her, going through sickness is like being in a dark tunnel, and being at CenterLight is like lighting up the tunnel.
Feeling Great at 97
Participant Irma Hoyos says she had always been a social person, but as she got older, she found herself staying at home more often. Looking for socialization, Irma joined CenterLight PACE. Keeping Up with the PACE of Aging®
CenterLight PACE offers comprehensive healthcare and other services as unique as the participants we serve. Each day, our employees serve a richly diverse population of over 6,000 individuals, speaking 75 languages and dialects throughout our 11 PACE centers.
Therapeutic Recreation at CenterLight PACE
CenterLight PACE participants enjoy therapeutic recreation programs, including but not limited to, arts and crafts, bingo, holiday celebrations and events, games, field trips, and more.
Working with Community Providers
CenterLight PACE participants have access to a network of 4,000+ providers, including specialists, who work with our care team to deliver high quality care.

CenterLight Jamaica South Asian Cultural Alternative Care Setting (ACS)
Take a virtual tour of our ACS* in Jamaica, Queens. This site features dedicated prayer, meditation, and wudu rooms, as well as a lively space where participants enjoy more than 100 activities per month, including cultural celebrations such as Holi, Diwali, and Eid.

*Alternative Care Settings are an option for PACE participants who prefer a smaller, more intimate setting to receive on-site socialization, social services, personal care services, therapeutic recreation and meals. Other center-based services, such as primary care physician services, nursing and rehabilitation are offered at our PACE Centers.
