For more than four decades, CenterLight's Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), has been touching the lives of older adults across New York City, Westchester, and Long Island. By integrating medical care, rehabilitation, social services, meals, transportation, and meaningful daily engagement under one coordinated program, PACE replaces fragmented care with a single, personalized experience—designed around the individual, not the system.

Responding When Our Community Needs Us Most
In 2025, CenterLight also stepped-up during moments of urgent need. When uncertainty around SNAP benefits placed nearly half of our participants at risk of food insecurity during a federal shutdown, CenterLight launched “Care in Every Package,” distributing emergency shelf-stable food packages and strengthening long-term food support for those most at risk.
Through our Thanksgiving Farmers Markets, now a cherished annual tradition supported by the CenterLight Impact Fund, participants “shop” for culturally meaningful foods—plantains, bok choy, rice, squash, peppers, fruits, and more—so they can prepare holiday meals that feel like home.
