What is the CenterLight Impact Fund?
Our Mission
The Mission of the CenterLight Impact Fund is to raise philanthropic support through gifts and grants from individuals, foundations, corporations, and government agencies to advance the programs of CenterLight Health System.
In general, the Fund focuses on projects that improve and enrich our participants’ quality of life by helping them live fulfilling lives, achieve their dreams and continue to live safely, independently, and comfortably at home by doing one or more of the following:
- Enhancing our CenterLight Healthcare Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) participants’ quality of life.
- Creating innovative, enriching and alternative therapeutic programs to support the overall care provided to participants.
- Educating CenterLight Healthcare PACE participants, caregivers, staff and other stakeholders about aging with vibrancy, passion and purpose.
The Fund may also raise support for projects that relate to other existing or new programs of CenterLight Health System aside from PACE.
Our Vision
The Vision of CenterLight Impact Fund is to make CenterLight the national model for innovative, person-centered care that is powered by philanthropy that inspires a culture of giving that transforms aging, ensure that every older adult particpant can live fully, independently, and with dignity at home and in their community.

When you make a planned gift to CenterLight, you will give the gift of health for years to come. Planned gifts include bequests in a will or other contributions made through your estate.
