Keeping Up with the PACE of Aging
CenterLight Healthcare’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) offers adults 55+ all the services they need* to remain living independently in their own homes.
With the help of PACE, we believe that eligible older adults can continue to enjoy their passions and discover new ones, discover hidden talents, make new friends, and live enriched, fulfilled, and active lives in the comfort of their communities.
Our team which includes, but is not limited to, doctors, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, social workers, dietitians, and therapeutic recreation specialists, work together to ensure that our participants receive the care they need, where and when they need it. CenterLight Healthcare PACE aims to enrich the lives of the thousands of New Yorkers we serve by providing essential services for their physical, social, and emotional health.

Meet Irma
Participant Irma Hoyos first heard about CenterLight Healthcare PACE in 2014. Irma says she had always been a social person, but as she got older, she found staying at home more often. Looking for socialization, Irma joined CenterLight PACE. She states that everyone made her feel welcomed and that everyday is a new adventure.
